Kevin Writer and Mariah Carey to start album

Mariah Carey may be looking after her husband, but that will not stop her from working on her next studio album. Kevin Writer, a producer and writer has written on his blog that he is indeed going to start on Mariah Carey's new album.

"OH, and another mixtape (laughs), yeah that too! But I guess the most immediate thing though, would be that I start working with Mariah on her new album, next week."
